Video Quality
1. The grey circle next to your thumbnail on the top right-hand corner of the screen is the video quality that you are viewing.
The video quality can be defined as the following:
AUD – Audio only, no video
LD – Low Definition
SD – Standard Definition
HD – High Definition
2. To change the maximum video quality, click on the 3 vertical dots on the bottom right-hand side of your screen to show the More Actions menu. To manage the displayed video quality, click the Manage video quality button.
3. Slide the blue dot to the video quality to your preference, from Low bandwidth to High definition.
