Call Detail Records

1. Login to https://xxx.talk.cloudplay.cloud where xxx is your customer ID when you subscribed to our service.

2. You will arrive at your dashboard.

3. Hover over Applications and select Call Detail Records.

4. You will arrive at your extension's call records.

5. Filter the call records using the filter panel.

Export

Export the Call Detail Records.

Refresh

Updates your record with the latest information

7. To export the Call Detail Records, click on Export.

8. Once you click on Export, a new dropdown box will appear next to the Export button.

Click on the dropdown box and choose the format that you want to save the Call Detail Records.

9. Once you click on the format, it will straight away download the records.
