IVR

1. Login to https://xxx.talk.cloudplay.cloud where xxx is your customer ID when you subscribed to our service.

*Take note to use your admin account.

2. You will arrive at your dashboard.

3. Hover over Applications and choose IVR Menus.

4. You will arrive at the IVR Menu Dashboard.

To create a new IVR, on the top right corner click Add.

5. Fill in the appropriate details.

5. After you have fill in the necessary details, on the top right corner click Save.

1. Finally, to test the IVR menu that you have created, you can call the extension number that you have set.
