1. Hover over Applications and choose IVR Menus.
2. You will arrive at the IVR Menu Dashboard.
3. To create a new IVR, on the top right corner click Add.
4. Fill in the appropriate details.

6. Finally, to test the IVR menu that you have created, you can call the extension number that you have set.
