Settings

1. Click on the 3 vertical dots on the bottom right-hand side of your screen to show the More Actions menu. To edit your settings, click Settings.

2. There are 3 tabs in the Settings Menu. Under Devices tab.

On the right side, you can click each dropdown menu to choose the device you would like to use.

On the bottom left, the blue line shows the volume of your microphone.

On the bottom left, you can choose to play a test sound to test your speakers.

You can click OK to apply the changes or Cancel to undo the changes.

3. Under Profile tab, on the left side, you enter your name.

On the right side, you can enter your gravatar email if you have one.

On the bottom left, email address that you have previously entered to login is displayed.

You can click on the Logout button.

You can click OK to apply the changes or Cancel to undo the changes.

4. Upon clicking the Logout button, you will be prompted to confirm your choice.

You can click OK to stop the meeting or Cancel to go back.
