Operator Panel

1. Login to https://xxx.talk.cloudplay.cloud where xxx is your customer ID when you subscribed to our service.

*Take note to use your admin account.

2. You will arrive at your dashboard.

3. Hover over Applications and choose Operator Panel.

4. You will arrive at your Operator Panel.

Check the status of users:

Extension is available

Extension is away on break

Extension is set to Do Not Disturb

Extension is Logged Out.

5. You have successfully access your Operator Panel.
