1. Hover over Applications and select Follow Me.
2. You will arrive at your Call Routing Dashboard. This dashboard will list all the available extension you have on the system.
Click into the extension that you would like to configure Follow Me.
3. Once you click into the extension that you want to configure, you will see that one of the option is Follow Me is disabled, set it to enabled.
