Call Center

1. Hover over Applications and choose Call Centers.

2. You will arrive at your Call Center Queues Dashboard.

On the top right, you will see these buttons:

Direct you to the agent list

Add a new queue to the call center.

Delete the queue that you have selected.

Search the Call Center for the queue

This page will list all the Center Queues that are created.

3. On the top right, click Add.

You will be directed at creating a new Call Center Queue.

Fill in the appropriate details.

4. After you have filled in the detail, Click Save on the top right corner.

You have created a Call Center Queue.

*To verify that it is working, call the extension number that you have set.
