Call Recordings

1. Login to https://xxx.talk.cloudplay.cloud where xxx is your customer ID when you subscribed to our service.

2. You will arrive at your dashboard

3. Hover over Applications and select Call Detail Records.

4. You will arrive at your extension's call records.

5. Extension with calls recorded will be displayed on the Call Details Record.

6. Alternatively, you can filter and display all the calls with records simply by using the filter panel.

Select the drop-down box and select True followed by Search

- It will display all the calls that have been recorded.
