Navigation of Video Conference Screen

1. After participants have joined the meeting, you will be able to see the total number of participants on the top middle of the screen has changed. If somebody is speaking, you will be able to see a blue glow around the rim of their thumbnail and the video will switch to the camera of the speaker. There will also be a blue speaker icon in their thumbnail.

2. You will be able to find a thumbnail of yourself on the top right-hand corner, with your name on it.

3. You will be able to find a thumbnail of the other participants on the bottom right-hand corner, with either their name on the thumbnail with an image of their webcam, or their initials if the webcam cannot be accessed. Clicking on each person’s thumbnail will display their webcam over the page.

4. To hide the participants’ thumbnails, click on the > icon
