Call Block

1. Login to https://xxx.talk.cloudplay.cloud where xxx is your customer ID when you subscribed to our service.

2. You will arrive at your dashboard.

3. Hover over Applications and select Call Block.

4. You will arrive at your Call Block List.

Click on the Add on the top right corner to start adding call blocks.

5. Fill in the details and click Save on the top right corner.

Extension

This is the internal extension number to block

Name

This is to block number by Caller ID Name

Number

This is to block number by Caller ID Number

6. Alternatively, when creating a Call Block, you will see recent calls.

You can select the number and on the top right corner select Block, this way the system will automatically create a Call Block on that number.

7. Once you have created the number block, you will see it on your Call Block List.

8. You have successfully created a call block.
